When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped via UPS or Canada Post (Expedited Parcel Service) within 1-3 business days from date of purchase.
When will my order be ready for in-store pick up?
We'll get your order ready ASAP. Orders placed during business hours are typically ready within 1 hour. We'll send a notification to let you know when it's ready.
Where do I pick up my order?
We're located at 35 James Street in downtown St. Catharines.
What if my order gets damaged in transit?
We always do our best to ensure proper protection against damage, however, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@gardencityessentials.ca and we'll get things sorted out.
Do you offer local delivery?
We are not offering free local delivery at this time.

How does your Bulk Refill program work?
It's super easy! Simply bring in a clean + dry container from home or purchase one of our Mason Jars/Glass Bottles. We will fill your vessel for you and charge you by weight.
We ask that you bring clear containers if possible! Our favourite to fill are Mason Jars. We have a variety of convenient attachments to convert a mason jar into a pump or spray bottle.
If you have an extra large in-store bulk order, we may require up to an hour to fill your order for you. You are welcome to drop off your containers with a note of what you want them filled with. We can text or call when they are ready for pickup.

We are happy to accept unopened/unused products for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. After that time period, all sales are final.
